usage method:
1. Put the cryopreservation tube containing cells into the program cooling box stored at room temperature and cover the cooling box cover.
2. Put the program cooling box into the - 80 ℃ refrigerator and freeze it for more than 4 hours to achieve the freezing effect.
3. Take out the procedure cooling box and quickly move the cryopreservation tube to liquid nitrogen environment for storage or other subsequent operations.
4. Place the program cooling box at room temperature after use, and standby after the program cooling box and alloy inner core are restored to room temperature.
matters needing attention
1. Before putting it into the refrigerator, please ensure that the metal ring lies flat at the bottom of the box and the cover is covered.
2. After putting into the refrigerator, avoid being close to other substances, and ensure that there is a gap of 2.5cm around.
3. When idle, please put it in a dry and cool place and try to avoid high temperature above 60 ℃ and ultraviolet light.
